at 1:30pm (unless indicated otherwise) All Saturday rides are easy pace: A - up to 40 miles, B - up to 30 miles. C - rides are slow and at most 10 to 15 miles – ideal for new riders. The Saturday rides coordinator is Janice Montgomerie. email Janice Sunday runs - Meet at The Butts, Alton (AB) at 9:00am (unless indicated otherwise) Two rides, a mid paced (13 - 15 mph), marked (M) and a faster (16+ mph), marked (F) leave the Butts at 9:00am and usually have the same coffee and pub lunch stops.
