Saturday runs - Rides start from Alton Community Centre (CC) unless otherwise stated. The rides’ coordinator is Janice Montgomerie 01420 80783, email Janice. There is a moderate paced ride each week (M), about 10-12 mph. On the first Saturday of each month there will be an additional faster-paced ride (F) which hopefully will accommodate the varying cycling speeds of the riders who come out. Both rides will be led and will leave at the same time from Alton Community Centre, so at the start you can Apride which ride to go on.

Sunday runs - Meet at The Butts, Alton (AB) at 9:00am (unless indicated otherwise)
Two rides, a mid paced (13 - 15 mph), marked (M) and a faster (16+ mph), marked (F) leave the Butts at 9:00am and usually have the same coffee and pub lunch stops. (These are named below for each run.)
